All of Ancient Creations Ceramics pipes are backed by our safe delivery guarantee:

Please take a picture of your damaged item immediately, and email it to us: adiel@ancientcreationspipes.com

 

We also guarantee a full refund on unused returns, for any reason, within 7 days of your delivery date!

(We will not accept a used return under any circumstance!)

Simply contact Adiel, our customer service representative via phone, email, or live chat, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you!

As soon as we have received the item back in our warehouse, a refund will be applied to your chosen payment method.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Though we are usually able to ship out your orders very promptly, (same day order is placed), please allow 7-10 business days for Ancient Creations Ceramics to fulfill your order.
